No one was sitting in the section that was closest to the bathrooms, so I'm sure that's why. I have no idea if this is a one-time problem or what it was, but it ruined the rest of my visit as I couldn't eat anymore after that. I literally had to plug my nose while I was in the bathroom because it made me gag. There was a stench as I approached the hallway of the bathrooms that would have ruined my appetite if I went back there prior to eating. Based on all this I would've given 4 stars, because it was fine for what it is, but I went to the bathroom partway through my meal, and the smell was horrendous. I looked it up and apparently some people do that in vodka sauce, but I thought it was weird, haha. The sauce itself had decent flavor, but it was a little runny for that type of sauce. They were pretty bland too, and the marina for dipping was also bland. Like it reminds me of frozen Pillsbury dough, but not sweet. They bring out bread to your table, but the dough doesn't seem very good quality. It looked like they drown their dishes in cheese, which is gross to me. Prior to going I looked at pictures of the food, and avoided the pizza (which didn't look very good) and avoided any pasta with cheese on it. Walking in here was like stepping into a 90s Italian restaurant. One suggestion, though, before trying the fried oysters, make sure you know what that really is… Overall, we had a decent experience here, especially since we simply drove through Amarillo. There is a lot of beer options in this location, and they even have small tasting glasses available. And it might not worth waiting such a long time to eat here. The dishes we ordered were pretty good and fresh, but preparation takes quite a while, since the place was full. When we came in we were obviously going to eat meat, but they were out of T-bone steak, which is very unusual for such restaurant. The menu is nice-looking, better than most places we visited. The employees are not the friendliest we encountered, but they are super busy, so its understandable. The wait times at this location are insane, so it is better to make reservation ahead of time if possible. First, it seems to be the most known restaurant in Amarillo, and second, we wanted to try out the real texan cuisine.

I highly recommend that you try it out and since it's an experimental feature, you can also send feedback to Google, which I'm sure they'll be happy to receive. Today, the Performance Insights panel works only with measuring page speed and it is available in Chrome Canary 102 ( Version 1.2). The actionable insights are very useful - especially when the feedback also contains information about the potential cause. I can't wait to see more additions to this panel - it certainly helps to have a much better (and visual) understanding of what is going on with a page. The below screenshot shows the performance insight of my site using Network and CPU throttling (Slow 3g, 6x CPU reduction). When doing a measurement we can also select to throttle both the network and the CPU which helps with measuring load times under different circumstances. While the Performance Insights is an experimental feature of DevTools it focusses on page load time measurements. I like to think of these as the same pointers we can see in Lighthouse.Ĭlicking on the suggestions in the panel will bring up additional information about the issue, and if applicable, it will also highlight the element plus show us the exact time the event occured, moving along the timeline as well automatically. This is the place that contains actionable insights, with easy to fix solutions. One of the most important additions is the Insights side panel. Layout shifts are measured by the new Performance Insights panel as well and we can see the LCP (Largest Contentful Paint), along with the First Contentful Paint, Time To Interactive and DOM Content Loaded events. There was also a lot of effort put into displaying information about the Core Web Vital metrics. I personally also found the network requests to be more clear and straightfoward to understand compared to the same view of the classic Performance panel. While the majority of the view isvery similar to the existing Performance panel, there are a bunch of new additions to it, such as the replay feature which can reply the entire request cycle with an option to pause and even manually drag and drop the timeline. The new Performance Insights panel is use-case driven and presents developers with actionable insights. The Chrome team has listened and created a brand new panel added called Performance Insights - which is now part (as an experimental feature) of DevTools. Just look at the screenshot below - even for a rather simple site such as the one you're browsing, there are a lot things to unpack.īased on conversations that I had with other developers and based on feedback shared with Google as well, it was evident that the performance panel was difficult to use and requires a deep technical understanding of a lot of different components. There's a lot going on within that panel. Having done quite a few Web Performance workshops in the past, and having done some performance monitoring of various sites, I used the Chrome Performance panel quite extensively. However, Intel's Alder and Raptor Lake chips represent a return of generous overclocking headroom, helping the chips take key spots on our list of best CPUs for gaming.ĪMD's latest Ryzen 7000 chips don't have as much headroom for manual overclocking - the company's automated overclocking features are best for tuning -, but like Intel, AMD exposes a wealth of other tuning options that can give you a nice bump in performance. Yes, overclocking headroom has receded as the Intel vs AMD rivalry has intensified and the chipmakers focus on squeezing out every ounce of performance, particularly in the highest-end flagship processors. Do you want to know how to overclock your CPU? If so, this guide is for you, with all of the necessary details on how to overclock your Intel or AMD CPU.Ĭontrary to innumerable reports of its demise, overclocking is not dead - not by a long shot. Segal provides his leasing agents with off-the-shelf space-planning software - and a construction price list worked out in advance with contractors. A tenant may, for example, ask for a detailed accounting of who pays for what during a relocation within the building.ĭesigning an office typically involves weeks of negotiations with an architect, contractors and the landlord. His standard lease is 3 pages, instead of the usual 20 or more. "I want people to come in, sign a lease and then go have lunch," Segal says. But Boxer's occupancy rate at properties owned for more than one year averages 93%, versus 84% for the Houston market as a whole. Thanks to Texas' landlord-friendly laws, Segal can evict bum tenants in a matter of weeks - something he's had to do more than once. Segal targets small businesses - lawyers, consulting firms, temporary help agencies and the like - and is willing to lease them as little space as they want, for short periods of time. Most property owners, whether they're individuals or insurance companies, look for stable clients: large tenants with strong credit histories, willing to sign up for three- or five-year leases. "It's sort of like wearing your phone number to a singles bar," he jokes. Not exactly standard practice in commercial real estate, where most landlords are terrified of cheapening the image of their property - but definitely hallmark Segal.
